Mike was delighted to today welcome the Home Secretary, Rt Hon. James Cleverly MP, to Golders Green to visit the Jewish Learning Exchange.
The Home Secretary met with local Rabbonim and community organisations such as the Community Security Trust and the Board of Deputies of British Jews. He made clear his keen desire to engage directly on the security of the Jewish community across London, many of whom reside in Mike's constituency of Finchley & Golders Green.
Mike himself is keen to engage with senior ministers on the matter of Jewish safety in the wake of a recent rise in anti-Semitic incidents, and will continue to advocate for appropriate action within government and with relevant authorities.
