Over the past few months, local MP, Mike Freer, has surveyed all constituents who made contact via email over a casework issue. The results confirmed that Mike Freer is effectively representing constituents on topics such as housing, immigration and benefits.
The survey, which was distributed to over 2,000 people who contacted the MP via email in the last 12 months, asked constituents for their feedback on how the MP handled their case. Over 80% of people said they would happily contact the MP again and that their representations were of a high quality.
Mike comments “I have one of the busiest offices of any MP, having been contacted by over 13,000 people since being elected. I read all emails and post myself and try to ensure all constituents get the best service possible. I hold regular surgeries at my office and around the constituency to ensure I remain accessible”.
