As well as handling correspondence and emails from constituents, I have carried out a number of interviews, committees and events throughout the week, as seen below:

I began my week by meeting with the new political reporter for the Evening Standard to discuss my role in Parliament and the work I do in the Constituency.
Later in the day I attended the Conservative Backbench International Development Committee. At the meeting we were joined by the Rt Hon Priti Patel MP, the Secretary of State for International Development, here the Secretary of State discussed the importance of her department and its priorities.
In the afternoon I met with Lord Black to discuss co-operating on new hate crime legislation.
I rounded off Monday by meeting with the Foreign Secretary to raise concerns over Mrs Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a British national who has held by the Iranian regime since April
Wednesday 23rd November:
On Wednesday I partook in the General Debate on Exiting European and its subsequent effect on Transport. This is an area of specific interest for me due to my role as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Transport. During the debate we discussed various areas of importance from the effect on car manufacturing standards to airline investment.
In the evening I met with a group of residents for a short Q&A. During the evening we discussed a variety of issues such as Brexit and the recent election of President-elect Trump, after which I gave all present a tour of the Commons chamber.
