Monday 12th September
I began my week with an introductory meeting with Virgin Trains to discuss both their West Coast and East Coast franchises.
Virgin Trains has been running the West Coast franchise since 1997 and the East Coast Main Line since 2015, connecting major cities across the UK. Virgin Trains are constantly innovating to improve their passenger experience, and as a result they have consistently scored near the top of the independent National Rail Passenger Survey for customer satisfaction.

On Tuesday morning I began my day with a one on one discussion with a constituent of mine where we discussed what my role is as your Member of Parliament and what life is like being an MP.
In the evening I hosted one of my tea room surgeries in my role as Private Parliamentary Sectary to the Secretary of State for Transport. Here I met with MPs who wished to meet with the Secretary of State to discuss concerns about transportation in their constituencies.
Wednesday 14th September
On Wednesday I had the honour to co-host the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust in Parliament.
The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust (HMDT) is the charity that promotes and supports Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD). HMD has taken place in the UK since 2001, with a UK event and over 5,590 local activities taking place on or around 27 Januay each year.
The UK played a leading role in establishing HMD as an international day of commemoration in 2000, when 46 governments signed the Stockholm Declaration.
Thursday 15th September
I began the day on Thursday morning by discussing the recently proposed Constituency boundary review, which would see the political map of North London redrawn.
I ended my week in Westminster when I called on the Leader of the House of Commons to arrange for a debate on regulating Binary Options trading.
At the Business Statement, I raised the case of one of my constituents who had been battling with StratX for not returning his investment to him.
